Tania’s coaching was instrumental in helping me gain the confidence I lacked to push me, often beyond my comfort zone to grow as a person. Tania advised,challenged and guided me and most importantly made herself available when needed. Her passion was evident in every session and she was always positive,organised, responsive and proactive in suggesting support materials for areas that she identified were holding me back from achieving my potential.
